All contributions to the First Five Years Action Fund PAC are completely voluntary. You may choose not to contribute without reprisal. Contribu­tions to the First Five Years Action Fund PAC are used for political purposes and are not tax deductible for federal income tax purposes. Contribution guidelines are only suggestions; you may give more, less or nothing at all to the First Five Years Action Fund PAC, and the First Five Years Action Fund will not favor or disadvantage you based on whether you contribute or how much you contribute. Fed­eral law requires the First Five Year Action Fund PAC to use its best efforts to report the name, mailing address, occupation, and name of employer for each indi­vidual whose contributions exceed $200.00 in a calendar year. Foreign nationals cannot contribute to First Five Years Action Fund PAC unless they have permanent residency status (green card).
